ANBF FemFit: Built for Strong, Feminine Natural Athletes

FemFit: ANBF’s Unique Division for Strong, Feminine Natural Athletes

The ANBF Natural FemFit Division gives women something rare in the sport of natural bodybuilding: the freedom to be muscular, confident, feminine, and creative—all at once.

This division, which aligns with what some federations call Fit Body, is not simply a crossover between Figure and Physique. FemFit is its own lane, with its own personality—and it’s quickly becoming one of the most empowering categories on the stage.

Structure Meets Flexibility

FemFit includes the traditional quarter turns seen in Figure competition, but adds a series of five muscularity poses that allow athletes to show a more complete picture of their physique.

Additional Mandatory Poses in FemFit:

  • Front Double Biceps
  • Side Chest
  • Side Triceps
  • Rear Double Biceps
  • Abs and Thigh

Athletes perform these poses in heels, which brings a striking mix of grace and strength to the presentation. It’s powerful without being rigid—and elegant without losing edge.

A Division That Prioritizes Conditioning

Every division values muscle, symmetry, and balance—but FemFit places special emphasis on conditioning. If you bring sharp detail and athletic presentation, FemFit gives you a platform to shine.

This division is also a great alternative for athletes who love Figure but want more expression—or who don’t quite fit the posing style or expectations of Women’s Physique. FemFit meets you in the middle, without watering down the challenge.

Drug-Tested. Athlete-Focused. Future-Ready.

Like all ANBF divisions, FemFit is held to the highest standard. We enforce a strict 7-year drug-free policy, backed by polygraph testing and random screenings to maintain fair competition. Our judging panels are trained to understand and apply the unique criteria of this division.

If you’re a female athlete looking to carve your own path—on your terms—FemFit may be the place you finally feel seen. And keep in mind, it is the same suit as the figure division so the crossover is worth a try.
